Founding Partners
Our founding team are a group of experienced M&A advisors, former private equity investors and non-executive directors. Between us we have advised and backed founder-led and family businesses from early-stage companies through to £200m+ revenue international groups, and sat on both sides of the table through growth, investment and exit.
That means we know what investors and buyers look for, and we can get you ready long before a process starts. The numbers, the story and the risks dealt with while there is still time to change them. We have sat on boards of all shapes and sizes, across sectors, so the perspective we bring comes from well beyond any one business.
